About the role

  • Support the installation services aspect of the ProAV Business by handling all logistics issues for the Hospitality channel account management team
  • Manage all aspects of the project installation
  • Ensure product availability through coordination with Sales and Product management to facilitate proper inventory flow
  • Act as backup for ProAV Sales Administration team as needed
  • Coordinate advanced deposits to vendor partners by managing invoices and coordinate with Accounts Payable team
  • Report monthly on forecasts, POS to vendors via the Salesforce and AS400 systems
  • Sign off on paperwork and ensure final invoices paid for projects
  • Coordinate trade show logistics with Marketing, manufacturers
  • Maintain database and track sample orders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of sales administration experience
  • Demonstrated organization and time management skills
  • Excellent and professional communications skills in English, both written and verbal is required
  • Responsive to needs for information and meeting deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Self-Motivated/Self Starter
  • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
