Centralize and optimize license management across 200+ applications and implement SAM platform and automated true-up/harvesting processes
Implement AI-powered IT automation: chatbots for L1 support, intelligent ticket routing, predictive analytics, automated fulfillment and virtual IT assistant
Design scalable IT architecture, configuration management, monitoring, disaster recovery, VPN/remote access, and collaboration/video conferencing infrastructure
Architect enterprise IAM strategy with SSO/MFA, automated provisioning/deprovisioning, RBAC, privileged access management, and access review processes
Transform IT into a business enabler with ITSM platform, service catalog, automated fulfillment, employee experience scoring, SLAs, proactive support, and executive concierge
Implement FinOps and cost optimization: cost allocation models, automated budget tracking, vendor scorecards, licensing usage analytics, and TCO models
Requirements
10+ years in IT leadership with 5+ years in director-level roles
Proven experience scaling IT operations in high-growth companies
Deep expertise in enterprise IT architecture and service delivery
Track record managing $10M+ IT budgets and vendor relationships
Experience supporting AI/ML companies or research organizations
Strong background in IT automation and process optimization
Expert knowledge of ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira)
Proficiency with endpoint management tools (Jamf, Intune, Workspace ONE)
Experience with software asset management and license optimization
Understanding of AI/ML tools for IT automation
Knowledge of identity providers and access management
Familiarity with procurement and vendor management best practices
Demonstrated ability to reduce IT costs by 30%+ through optimization
Track record of achieving 95%+ employee satisfaction scores
Experience implementing IT automation reducing tickets by 60%+
History of successful large-scale technology deployments
Strong vendor negotiation skills and stakeholder management
Preferred: ITIL v4 Foundation or higher; AI-powered ITSM experience; hardware lifecycle management; SOC2/ISO 27001 knowledge; experience at AI/ML or deep tech companies; MBA or advanced degree
