About the role
- Manage and maintain identity and access systems (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, Active Directory)
- Implement and optimize RBAC, SSO, and MFA policies and conduct regular access reviews
- Support security and compliance audits and collaborate to implement security best practices
- Harden endpoints, servers, and networking devices; monitor threats and support incident response
- Maintain patch management and vulnerability scanning processes
- Deploy, manage, and secure mobile and endpoint devices via MDM platforms; enforce compliance and zero-touch provisioning
- Manage device lifecycles and maintain hardware/software inventories
- Support and maintain networking components including firewalls, switches, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi
- Contribute to planning and standing up infrastructure in the new India office
- Troubleshoot network issues and assist in scaling global network operations
- Support projects integrating internal systems and data platforms; ensure interoperability, security, and reliability between services and APIs
- Deliver timely support to internal users across Windows, macOS, and mobile; assist onboarding/offboarding and maintain user documentation
- Participate in asset management, procurement, and IT inventory tracking
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT engineering or support roles
- Strong working knowledge of identity platforms (Azure AD, Okta, Active Directory)
- Hands-on experience with MDM tools (Microsoft Intune, JAMF, VMware Workspace ONE, etc.)
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
- Proven ability to support and manage service desk operations in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk) is a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience with endpoint hardening, patch management, and vulnerability scanning
- Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms
