Work closely with internal stakeholders to align recruitment goals with broader talent and business strategies and manage 8-10 active requisitions.
Requirements
Must be a resident of the United States (position open to US residents only).
Demonstrated ability to transform recruitment with AI tools and dedication to continuous improvement.
Proven, hands-on experience recruiting for Go-to-Market functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) in fast-paced, multi-country environments.
Proactivity in market research, networking, and attending events to attract top talent.
Advanced skills optimizing ATS usage and recruitment technologies.
Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Slack, Calendly, and Google Workspace.
Ability to manage approximately 8-10 active requisitions concurrently.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to act as a strategic consultant to hiring managers.
