- Focus on concept prototyping, collaborating closely with PM and Engineering partners to develop proof-of-concept experiences and inspire long-term product strategy.
- Strong capabilities in AI design paradigms and interaction design; commitment to delivering world-class user experiences.
- Help create a new product methodology that empowers marketers in modern, intelligent ways.

Requirements
- Experience designing 0-1 products or net-new systems within fast-moving organizations.
- Proven experience designing AI-based interactions and workflows.
- Deep interaction design expertise, with strong visual design skills and a track record of turning complexity into clarity.
- Strong prototyping skills in tools like Figma, Framer, or custom-coded environments.
- Knowledge of marketing workflows, tools, and user personas—especially in the B2B space.
- Fluency in user-centered design principles and validation research techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to clearly present complex ideas.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a mindset focused on experimentation and iteration.
