  • We’re looking for a Group Product Manager to develop and lead the vision and strategy of our Partner product group.\n

  • The Group Product Manager will lead a team of PMs responsible for a suite of products and features for partners and internal teams.\n

Requirements

  • A passion for building exemplary partner or ecosystem products\n
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders, go-to-market teams and partner ecosystems (from solution to app partners)\n
  • A proven track record of building and leading diverse and inclusive product management teams as a people manager (hiring, performance management, coaching of Product Managers)\n
  • Ability to form deep partnerships with key stakeholders\n
  • A deep focus on understanding our partners and making their experience personalized and better\n
  • Implemented new ways of integrating AI into everyday processes and products that drive efficiency and create value\n
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the willingness to defend your ideas to key stakeholders\n
  • Data-driven orientation and growth mindset\n
  • Healthy technical and interpersonal problem-solving skills\n
  • Proven leadership skills, and the ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate - often without perfect information\n
  • Ability to build trust, respect, and empathy, and to foster a sense of team and mission\n
  • Desire and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment\n
