Requirements
- A passion for building exemplary partner or ecosystem products\n
- Experience working with internal stakeholders, go-to-market teams and partner ecosystems (from solution to app partners)\n
- A proven track record of building and leading diverse and inclusive product management teams as a people manager (hiring, performance management, coaching of Product Managers)\n
- Ability to form deep partnerships with key stakeholders\n
- A deep focus on understanding our partners and making their experience personalized and better\n
- Implemented new ways of integrating AI into everyday processes and products that drive efficiency and create value\n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the willingness to defend your ideas to key stakeholders\n
- Data-driven orientation and growth mindset\n
- Healthy technical and interpersonal problem-solving skills\n
- Proven leadership skills, and the ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate - often without perfect information\n
- Ability to build trust, respect, and empathy, and to foster a sense of team and mission\n
- Desire and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment\n
