About the role

  • Partner closely with leaders and teams to unlock human potential and integrate AI responsibly.
  • Coach and develop managers to lead high-performing, adaptive teams in hybrid, AI-enabled environments.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to employees to support career development, resilience, and digital fluency.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to hire for role expertise and future skills.
  • Facilitate cross-cultural, cross-functional collaboration between GTM, product, engineering, design, and support teams.
  • Design and deliver workshops on future of work trends, AI adoption, and Human Success principles.
  • Align coaching and development initiatives with organizational strategy and future workforce planning.
  • Guide leaders and teams through AI-enabled process changes, role evolution, and new work models.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues with empathy and fairness.
  • Design and facilitate training programs on leadership, collaboration, and AI-enabled ways of working.
  • Partner with leaders on compensation decisions, succession planning, and talent mapping.
  • Support continuous performance feedback and data-driven people decisions using AI-enhanced HR analytics.
  • Monitor trends and metrics to proactively shape people strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience supporting Global Go-To-Market organizations.
  • Experience in SaaS or other high-growth tech environments.
  • Expertise in change management, ideally in contexts involving AI or digital transformation.
  • Comfortable supporting C-suite and senior leadership.
  • Tech-savvy, with practical experience or strong interest in AI applications in HR and business.
  • Proven track record in coaching, employee development, and organizational design.
  • Strong understanding of organizational behavior, team dynamics, and cultural intelligence.
  • Analytical and commercially minded, able to use data and AI insights to guide decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in scale-up environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of US labor legislation and best practices.
  • Experience with M&A people integration is a plus.
