• Own the roadmap and vision for your product area, aligning customer needs with company priorities.

Senior Product Manager

• Develop a deep understanding of our Accounting Integration products, as well as our integrated partners.
• Define a long-term vision for integrations across accounting, ERP, and other studio ecosystems and drive alignment with your key stakeholders. You will evolve Wrapbook’s integrations for scale, extensibility, and performance, positioning us as a best-in-class partner for production companies and enterprise studios.
• Own the integrations roadmap – from supporting our current accounting integrations to building new ERP connections, you’ll define and drive the team’s near term priorities and drive measurable outcomes.
• Write clear product requirements and supporting documents based on strong customer research and data analysis, and partner with you cross-functional stakeholders to bring a project to “engineering ready.”
• Execute with a dedicated Integrations team, partnering with your Engineering Manager to lead the team through discovery, delivery, and iteration.
• Engage directly with customers to understand their accounting system workflows, ensure they are onboarded to our integrations properly, troubleshoot issues, and translate insights into product improvements and roadmap direction.
• Refine the customer experience and ensure that customer setup, data mapping, and error handling are intuitive, reliable, and consistent across systems.
• Measure and communicate impact, using data and feedback to prioritize effectively, track adoption, and continuously improve product quality and performance.
• Partner with Customer Success and Business Development to ensure integration capabilities align with current and future client needs.

Senior Product Manager – Integrations

Customer Success Manager

• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of 6 Mid-Market Customer Success Managers (with potential for expansion and future team leads).
• Establish team operating rhythms for account health reviews, escalations, and customer engagements.
• Foster a culture of proactive ownership, structured documentation, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Provide regular coaching and development toward CSM IC3–IC5 career levels.
• Drive retention, CSAT, and NPS outcomes across the mid-market portfolio.
• Partner with CSMs to identify expansion opportunities through GPV, usage, and product adoption trends.
• Standardize quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and customer engagement cadences that tie feature enablement to customer goals.

Manager, Mid-Market Film & Television Customer Success

Product Marketing

• Partner closely with Sales & Customer Success to craft our enterprise/studio narrative, demo strategy, and supporting collateral
• Develop messaging that resonates with production finance teams and C-level entertainment executives
• Collaborate with Product to ensure we continue building solutions that serve our Enterprise segment
• Build and lead a high-functioning competitive intelligence program
• Conduct win/loss analyses and track industry trends

Senior Product Marketing Manager

Operations

• Serve as the operational owner for all Stripe Connect and Treasury workflows (onboarding, payments, verification, bank linking)
• Engage directly with production company customers — answering questions, resolving onboarding blockers, and ensuring a white-glove experience
• Troubleshoot live issues with Stripe and Wrapbook systems (e.g., failed payments, KYC/KYB verification errors)
• Partner with the internal specialist to document every step of the user journey, from onboarding through payout
• Create SOPs, FAQs, enablement materials, and external-facing help center content
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to refine the customer and backend workflows based on real-world feedback

• Develop and execute targeted, 1:1 and 1:few campaigns aligned to Wrapbook’s strategic goals.
• Own day-to-day execution of ABM initiatives, alongside a dedicated cross-functional team of GTM stakeholders (ABM pod).
• Create, manage, and optimize personalized email nurture programs, webpages, paid campaigns, and content syndication to drive generate pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with product marketing, creative, and content teams to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging.
• Analyze target account signals and performance metrics to deliver actionable recommendations to GTM stakeholders.
• Leverage marketing tech stack to continuously test and refine demand generation tactics, channels, and messaging.

Recruitment

• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and create effective go-to-market strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, and supporting offer discussions.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience through thoughtful communication and well-organized processes.
• Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, events, referrals, etc.) to build strong talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to share insights, improve processes, and enhance recruiting tools and systems.

Talent Acquisition Partner

Insurance

• Provide compassionate, proactive support to injured workers, ensuring they understand their rights, benefits, and available resources
• Act as a liaison between Wrapbook customers and the insurance carriers/TPAs responsible for adjudicating workers' compensation claims
• Guide customers through the end-to-end claims process with clarity and empathy
• Manage the Foreign Travel process and ensure related compliance requirements are met
• Support the Workers’ Compensation underwriting team by reviewing submitted applications, assessing project risks, and requesting Certificates of Insurance
• Input, review, and maintain accurate claim documentation and notes in Wrapbook’s systems
• Stay current on workers' compensation laws, regulations, and best practices
• Apply Wrapbook’s internal policies and procedures to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely claims handling

Workers' Compensation Claims Specialist

Program Manager

• Serve as Wrapbook’s Release Manager, directly manage the release process to ensure predictability, quality, and alignment across Engineering, Product, Design, Client Ops, and GTM
• Manage and mentor a small team of Technical Program Managers while remaining hands-on in release management and key programs
• Establish and model cross-department communication, prepare release notes, and act as a connector across business, product, and technical teams
• Define and measure release success, evaluate outcomes, and use insights to refine future launches
• Partner with EPD leaders to identify where TPMs add value, drive strategic initiatives, coordinate complex cross-group work, and ensure execution against business-critical priorities

• Serve as a production accounting expert supporting customers through onboarding, adoption, and early-stage product use primarily within Mid-Market, with occasional Enterprise and SMB engagement
• Lead onboarding for clients adopting Wrapbook’s production accounting tools, ensuring seamless setup and strong early adoption
• Deliver expert guidance on payroll configuration, production accounting workflows, and best practices throughout the onboarding lifecycle
• Act as the primary point of contact for client-side production accounting questions during implementation and early use
• Run training sessions and technical walkthroughs, clearly articulating platform functionality and production accounting logic
