• Develop and execute targeted, 1:1 and 1:few campaigns aligned to Wrapbook’s strategic goals.

Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager

Recruitment

• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and create effective go-to-market strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, and supporting offer discussions.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience through thoughtful communication and well-organized processes.
• Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, events, referrals, etc.) to build strong talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to share insights, improve processes, and enhance recruiting tools and systems.
• Provide hiring teams with guidance on interviewing best practices and equitable assessment.
• Track and report key recruiting metrics to ensure alignment and transparency with stakeholders.
• Contribute to recruiting initiatives that strengthen Wrapbook’s employer brand and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Talent Acquisition Partner

Insurance

• Provide compassionate, proactive support to injured workers, ensuring they understand their rights, benefits, and available resources
• Act as a liaison between Wrapbook customers and the insurance carriers/TPAs responsible for adjudicating workers' compensation claims
• Guide customers through the end-to-end claims process with clarity and empathy
• Manage the Foreign Travel process and ensure related compliance requirements are met
• Support the Workers’ Compensation underwriting team by reviewing submitted applications, assessing project risks, and requesting Certificates of Insurance
• Input, review, and maintain accurate claim documentation and notes in Wrapbook’s systems
• Stay current on workers' compensation laws, regulations, and best practices
• Apply Wrapbook’s internal policies and procedures to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely claims handling
• Contribute to Wrapbook’s mission of delivering white-glove service in the entertainment and production space

Workers' Compensation Claims Specialist

Program Manager

• Serve as Wrapbook’s Release Manager, directly manage the release process to ensure predictability, quality, and alignment across Engineering, Product, Design, Client Ops, and GTM
• Manage and mentor a small team of Technical Program Managers while remaining hands-on in release management and key programs
• Establish and model cross-department communication, prepare release notes, and act as a connector across business, product, and technical teams
• Define and measure release success, evaluate outcomes, and use insights to refine future launches
• Partner with EPD leaders to identify where TPMs add value, drive strategic initiatives, coordinate complex cross-group work, and ensure execution against business-critical priorities
• Oversee program management for critical customer accounts, coordinating across Engineering, Product, Design, Client Ops, and Sales to deliver delightful early customer experiences
• Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement process improvements to increase predictability, efficiency, and stakeholder confidence
• Reports to the Head of Product and sits within Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) organization

Senior Manager, Release and Program Management

Accounting Manager

• Serve as a production accounting expert supporting customers through onboarding, adoption, and early-stage product use primarily within Mid-Market, with occasional Enterprise and SMB engagement
• Lead onboarding for clients adopting Wrapbook’s production accounting tools, ensuring seamless setup and strong early adoption
• Deliver expert guidance on payroll configuration, production accounting workflows, and best practices throughout the onboarding lifecycle
• Act as the primary point of contact for client-side production accounting questions during implementation and early use
• Run training sessions and technical walkthroughs, clearly articulating platform functionality and production accounting logic
• Respond to integration challenges and provide workflow consultation in collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success
• Translate common client questions into scalable resources like guides, FAQs, and SOPs
• Share customer feedback and observed gaps with internal teams to support product iteration and improved client experience
• Help transition accounts to long-term success and support teams with clean documentation and handoff clarity
