• Build and maintain the core BI dashboard suite that gives Sales and Marketing self-serve, real-time visibility into pipeline health, funnel conversion, segment-level coverage, campaign contribution, rep attainment, and loss analysis.
• Own the GTM data dictionary — metric definitions, filter logic, and calculation rules — and maintain it as the authoritative source of truth across Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
• Own the analytical layer of the GTM forecast process: historical conversion rates, pipeline coverage analysis, stage-weighted modeling, and forecast variance diagnosis.
• Lead annual bookings planning analysis — historical win rates, segment-level capacity modeling, coverage assessments, and quota calibration inputs — and partner with Strategic Finance on revenue forecasting and GTM investment analysis.
• Build scenario models for pricing, segmentation, and GTM structure decisions as needed by RevOps and Sales leadership.
• Track campaign performance relative to pipeline contribution goals by segment; surface what's generating pipeline, what isn't, and where investment is misallocated.
• Partner with Analytics Engineering to ensure GTM data from Salesforce, Marketo, and adjacent systems is correctly modeled in the data warehouse — flag gaps, validate logic, and escalate data quality issues.
• Lead ad-hoc analytical projects supporting key company initiatives: segmentation analysis, market sizing, cohort analysis, win/loss diagnostics, and product-GTM intersection analysis.

GTM Insights & Analytics Lead

Operations

• Own the Salesforce data layer for Sales: object model accuracy, field definitions, pipeline data integrity, and the hygiene processes that keep opportunity data trustworthy.
• Build and maintain SFDC reports for Sales — pipeline views, stage conversion, rep activity, attainment — serving as the primary Salesforce reporting resource for Sales leadership and frontline managers.
• Define and enforce data entry standards across the Sales org.
• Partner with the GTM Systems Architect on SFDC configuration changes.
• Own the Sales forecast process operationally: run the weekly pipeline and forecast review cadence.
• Prepare pipeline review materials — pulling from SFDC reports — that surface trends, risks, slippage, and coverage gaps by segment for Sales leadership discussion.
• Administer SPIFs and accelerators; track performance and report outcomes to Sales leadership and Finance.

Senior Sales Operations – Compensation Manager

Platform Engineer

• Design and build an integrated data platform — unify our existing tools and pipelines into a cohesive, scalable architecture that serves the entire organization.
• Own data pipelines and SLAs end to end, ensuring data moves reliably between systems with clear expectations and well-defined metrics.
• Define and manage data contracts that prevent upstream changes from breaking downstream analytics, establishing the standards the team builds on.
• Shape the data strategy and platform roadmap — research new technologies, evaluate trade-offs, and introduce tools and frameworks as the platform evolves.
• Stand up observability across the platform — robust monitoring and telemetry so teams can understand system health and troubleshoot quickly.

• Lead the Contracts Administration team in daily operations, ensuring SLAs for project review, agreement support assessment, and contract setup readiness are consistently met.
• Serve as the primary operational owner for union contract support workflows, ensuring high standards for quality, accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Manage and develop Contract Administrators through clear expectations, coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Own the Salesforce-first contracts intake and case management process, including intake requirements, prioritization standards, routing, queue hygiene, and reporting.
• Ensure contract reviews and decisions are documented clearly and consistently, with audit-ready notes and supporting artifacts.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of Contracts-owned operational assets, including project-specific documentation and internal guidance that enable consistent execution.
• Maintain a clear escalation framework with Union Payroll and Labor Relations and ensure escalations include the right contract context, specific language, prior analysis, and the decision needed.
• Act as a key decision-maker for operational contract questions and exception handling, escalating when formal interpretation or precedent-setting guidance is required.
• Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Implementation, Sales, RevOps, and Product/Engineering to resolve issues and improve workflows.
• Identify recurring failure modes and contract-related issue trends, and drive process improvements that reduce risk, rework, and time-to-resolution.
• Provide input on hiring, promotions, performance actions, and terminations for the Contracts Administration team.
