About the role

Lead cross-functional teams in end-to-end management of digital projects using Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban) and Waterfall where appropriate
Champion Agile best practices to foster iterative delivery, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, UX/UI Designers, Developers, and QA Engineers to deliver high-impact digital solutions
Establish project goals, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and resource plans aligned with strategic business objectives
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues, identifying mitigation strategies to minimize disruption
Monitor project metrics, generate actionable insights, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders at all levels
Mentor and coach team members on Agile methodologies, tools, and mindset
Adapt delivery approaches based on project complexity, team composition, and organizational maturity (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall)
Ensure user-centric outcomes using Design Thinking, MVP delivery, and customer feedback loops

Operates in a hybrid delivery model focused on Agile digital delivery

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
PMP and/or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PMP) strongly preferred
10+ years of project management experience delivering digital projects in Agile and Waterfall environments
Deep Agile expertise with hands-on experience leading Scrum teams, facilitating backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Miro
Comprehensive understanding of digital delivery lifecycles (mobile app development, responsive web design, e-commerce platforms, SaaS solutions)
Experience with Scaled Agile Frameworks and managing cross-team dependencies in a multi-squad setup
Excellent communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts into business language
Strong stakeholder management, team leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Proficient in Agile metrics and KPIs (Velocity, Burndown Charts, Cumulative Flow Diagrams, team health assessments)
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Ability to travel ~5% and attend periodic in-office meetings
