Project Manager

• Lead cross-functional teams in end-to-end management of digital projects using Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban) and Waterfall where appropriate
• Champion Agile best practices to foster iterative delivery, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, UX/UI Designers, Developers, and QA Engineers to deliver high-impact digital solutions
• Establish project goals, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and resource plans aligned with strategic business objectives
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues, identifying mitigation strategies to minimize disruption
• Monitor project metrics, generate actionable insights, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders at all levels
• Mentor and coach team members on Agile methodologies, tools, and mindset
• Adapt delivery approaches based on project complexity, team composition, and organizational maturity (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall)
• Ensure user-centric outcomes using Design Thinking, MVP delivery, and customer feedback loops
• Reports to VP of Enterprise Planning; Manages others: No
• Operates in a hybrid delivery model focused on Agile digital delivery

Senior Project Manager

Customer Support

• Receive, enter, verify, and update customer orders and monitor backorders, shipping status changes, and order cancellations
• Capture complete, clear notes in systems to ensure visibility and continuity
• Manage quotes and outreach by following policies and perform proactive follow-up
• Respond to customer emails promptly and efficiently through written communication
• Focus on data accuracy, timelines, and supporting the overall flow of customer transactions
• Report to the Customer Service Manager
• Work Monday through Friday, work hours begin and end between 7:30am and 4:00pm with a half-hour lunch and two rest breaks
• Full-time temporary position requiring eight hours per day and occasional paid overtime may be necessary
