About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver white-glove service to WPS distribution partners around the world.
  • Manage the full distribution experience, including order processing, account questions, billing support, shipment tracking, returns, onboarding, partner communications, and sales reporting.
  • Support the Key Account Manager by identifying trends and growth opportunities through strong service and careful data review.
  • Review monthly distribution sales reports for trends.
  • Prepare sales reports for management.
  • Coordinate pricing and marketing updates.
  • Support quarterly newsletters and track content impact.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of customer service phone experience, ideally with wholesale accounts or international customers.
  • Excellent phone presence, clear communication, and strong listening skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to different customer needs.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through in a fast-moving environment.
  • Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Outlook. Bilingual skills are a plus.
