About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver white-glove service to WPS distribution partners around the world.
- Manage the full distribution experience, including order processing, account questions, billing support, shipment tracking, returns, onboarding, partner communications, and sales reporting.
- Support the Key Account Manager by identifying trends and growth opportunities through strong service and careful data review.
- Review monthly distribution sales reports for trends.
- Prepare sales reports for management.
- Coordinate pricing and marketing updates.
- Support quarterly newsletters and track content impact.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of customer service phone experience, ideally with wholesale accounts or international customers.
- Excellent phone presence, clear communication, and strong listening skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to different customer needs.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through in a fast-moving environment.
- Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Outlook. Bilingual skills are a plus.
