About the role

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the enterprise-level Project Management Office (PMO)
  • Provide strategic oversight and leadership to project managers and foster accountability and growth
  • Own and directly manage selected strategic, high-priority projects from initiation through delivery
  • Partner with the SVP of Operational Excellence to align PMO activities with organizational priorities
  • Oversee portfolio management processes, resource allocation, and project prioritization across business units and geographies
  • Champion and standardize enterprise-level Asana tools, driving adoption and best practices
  • Ensure appropriate application of project management methodologies (Adaptive, Hybrid, Predictive)
  • Serve as communicator and bridge between project teams, executives, and stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and innovative delivery approaches
  • Support Everway’s mission in Neurotechnology software and collaborative global culture

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven leadership experience driving PMO strategy and execution
  • Demonstrated success managing teams of project managers and cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong track record delivering complex, enterprise-level projects on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Expertise in multiple project management methodologies (Adaptive, Hybrid, Predictive)
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with enterprise-level project management tools (Asana preferred)
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, functional, and global environment
  • Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) (desirable)
  • Experience in organizational change management (desirable)
  • Global SaaS experience preferred (desirable)
  • Degree in Business, Management, or related field (desirable)
  • Familiarity with other enterprise workflow automation and systems in addition to Asana (desirable)
  • Experience leading PMO maturity assessments and implementing improvement roadmaps (desirable)
