Accounts Payable

• Provide administrative and clerical support by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
• Monitor expenses and keep a record for tax & audit purposes
• Handle high-volume emails and calls
• Respond to vendors and internal teams regarding payment status
• Maintain W-9s
• Be a liaison between the accounts payable team and operations
• Monthly reconciliation of vendor statements
• Knowledge of accrual accounting
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as identified by the manager

Accounts Payable Representative

Events

• Responsible for providing fill-in onsite injury prevention, ergonomics, and wellness services.
• Provide triage, first-aid, education and/or escalation of care if needed.
• Facilitate on-going communication with all parties involved in managing an injury case.
• Support the injured employee, monitor medical care, promote efficient reporting, and participate in accident investigation.
• Assist in finding temporarily modified work in compliance with physical restrictions.
• Help employees prevent repetitive, cumulative and overuse type musculoskeletal injuries and illnesses.
• Conduct ergonomic analyses to provide recommendations on vehicle set up, work posture, tool use, and workstation modifications.
• Provide on-the-job education and coaching to help workers achieve and maintain physical resilience through optimizing body mechanics and postural habits.
• Assist employees in achieving sustained lifestyle improvements in areas such as nutritional health, physical fitness, and stress management.
• Minimize risk of injury through awareness, education, ergonomic recommendations, and first aid.
• Proactively engage with employees at their work location.
• Maintain records of triage, ergonomic assessment, first-aid care, and education provided.
• Collaborate in operations of Prevention Services.

Operations

• Provide high quality customer focused service for WorkCare staff
• Assist with technology rollouts and explore new technologies
• Maintain high quality performance of current and future technologies
• Interface with end users providing support and troubleshooting technology related issues and requests
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics and documenting problems and resolutions
• Install, maintain, and configure hardware and software systems according to company standards
• Coordinate and assist with high priority incidents and problem management lifecycle
• Contribute to building and maintaining knowledgebase documentation
• Perform hands-on assistance with hardware deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and software installation
• Collaborate with IT team and inter-departmentally
• Assist with IT equipment inventory, procurement, lifecycle, and e-waste processing
