About the role
- Build and maintain cloud-based integrations and automations using Python and APIs to eliminate manual processes and ensure data integrity.
- Implement and manage HR system configuration changes to meet evolving business needs, including configuring forms, workflows, pay-related elements, and others.
- Create and maintain advanced reports and dashboards in Dayforce to support HR analytics, decision-making, and internal processes.
- Act as an escalation tier for HR system internal customer troubleshooting.
- Maintain documentation related to responsibilities for reference, training, and compliance.
- Apply a flexible, outside-the-box technical mindset to solve business problems while considering the end user experience and ensuring appropriate data security.
- Act as an escalation point for complex troubleshooting issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of experience with HRIS configuration (preferably Dayforce) and HR data
- Including at least 2 years creating automations and integrations using Python and APIs
- Proficiency with HR systems
- Ability to configure Enterprise HCM systems (e.g., Workday, UKG Pro, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Intermediate Power BI skills
- Intermediate Python skills
- Intermediate SQL skills
- Understanding of XML
