About the role

  • Support day-to-day HR operations, maintaining employee data integrity
  • Process employment changes including promotions, transfers, and terminations
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries and escalate when necessary
  • Enter, update, and audit data in HR systems and generate HR reports and audits
  • Support implementation and maintenance of HR systems and process improvements
  • Complete i-9 and e-verify for new hires and ensure employee files are compliant
  • Assist in updating and distributing HR policies, employee handbooks, and process guides
  • Coordinate HR logistics for events, training sessions, and internal communications
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration support and collaborate with C&B, HRBP, Payroll teams
  • Participate in HR projects to improve operations and employee experience
  • Help track HR budget spend and manage vendor invoicing, payment process
  • Maintain records of vendor contracts, payment timelines, and deliverables
  • Provide travel support to employees and administer Navan internal travel system
  • Process invoices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR support or operations role
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., HiBob, Jira, Confluence, Justworks etc.) preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data-driven insights
  • Proactive problem-solving and ownership mindset
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and cultures
  • Excellent project management skills, from planning to execution
