About the role

  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects across business applications and data platforms using Agile methodologies.
  • Drive end-to-end program execution from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, HR, Legal, and Support to prioritize initiatives and dependencies.
  • Communicate program objectives, milestones, and status updates to stakeholders and leadership in a clear, timely manner.
  • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks/issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Manage interdependencies across teams to ensure seamless execution and minimal disruption.
  • Represent IT in cross-functional forums, identifying when system changes are needed to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within project teams.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities, effectively context switching while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
  • 3+ years’ experience in program/project management focused on business applications and/or data/analytics.
  • Direct experience with at least one of: Salesforce, Oracle Financials, UKG, or Snowflake.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration, building strong stakeholder partnerships, and driving teams to successful outcomes.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Operates with urgency, focus, and discipline while maintaining flexibility in ambiguous situations.
