About the role
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects across business applications and data platforms using Agile methodologies.
- Drive end-to-end program execution from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, HR, Legal, and Support to prioritize initiatives and dependencies.
- Communicate program objectives, milestones, and status updates to stakeholders and leadership in a clear, timely manner.
- Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks/issues, escalating when necessary.
- Manage interdependencies across teams to ensure seamless execution and minimal disruption.
- Represent IT in cross-functional forums, identifying when system changes are needed to meet evolving business requirements.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within project teams.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities, effectively context switching while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
- 3+ years’ experience in program/project management focused on business applications and/or data/analytics.
- Direct experience with at least one of: Salesforce, Oracle Financials, UKG, or Snowflake.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration, building strong stakeholder partnerships, and driving teams to successful outcomes.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Operates with urgency, focus, and discipline while maintaining flexibility in ambiguous situations.
