About the role

  • Serve as the HR resource for teams in Spain, the UK, and other European countries
  • Drive operational excellence across the entire employee lifecycle including offers, agreements, employee changes and offboarding
  • Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes for efficiency and employee success
  • Coordinate with internal payroll team and external payroll providers
  • Own HRIS (Workday) data quality and contribute to global HR processes and standards
  • Support HR initiatives focused on onboarding and employee journey improvements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience as an HR coordinator or generalist
  • Solid understanding of European employment practices
  • Exceptional communicator with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Structured critical thinking and problem-solving skills, using data to measure progress and impact
  • A proactive, results-oriented self-starter
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Italian is a plus
