About the role
- Serve as the HR resource for teams in Spain, the UK, and other European countries
- Drive operational excellence across the entire employee lifecycle including offers, agreements, employee changes and offboarding
- Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes for efficiency and employee success
- Coordinate with internal payroll team and external payroll providers
- Own HRIS (Workday) data quality and contribute to global HR processes and standards
- Support HR initiatives focused on onboarding and employee journey improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience as an HR coordinator or generalist
- Solid understanding of European employment practices
- Exceptional communicator with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Structured critical thinking and problem-solving skills, using data to measure progress and impact
- A proactive, results-oriented self-starter
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Italian is a plus
