About the role

  • Provide hands-on support throughout the entire employee lifecycle for EOR employees
  • Own and drive EOR employee lifecycle activities: onboarding, off-boarding, orientation, employee support, performance management, payroll, benefits
  • Be first point of contact for HR related queries and provide high-level support to EOR employees
  • Perform HR administration: generate reports, employment verification letters, HRIS administration
  • Provide local high-touch HR experience and collaborate with product and operations teams to scale systems
  • Work closely with global teams to address employee queries and implement HR initiatives enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of HR administrative experience in a high-volume (500+ employees) and fast paced environment
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation
  • Knowledge of Dutch labor law
  • HR qualifications or certifications are a valuable asset
  • International HR experience is a competitive advantage
  • Experience working in start-up environments is highly valued
  • Strong analytical skills to identify, scope and resolve complex and sensitive HR issues
  • Data-driven mindset to improve response times and employee experience
  • Experience using JIRA, Zendesk, Intercom or other ticketing tools is a plus
