About the role

  • Provide hands-on HR support throughout the entire employee lifecycle for assigned region
  • Serve as in-house HR expert handling complex people-related matters related to the EOR employee lifecycle
  • Own and drive EOR employee lifecycle activities: onboarding, off-boarding, orientation, employee support, performance management, payroll, benefits
  • Act as first point of contact for HR-related queries from EOR employees
  • Perform administrative HR tasks: generation of reports, employment verification letters, HRIS administration
  • Provide a high-touch local experience when required and help product and operations teams create systems that can scale
  • Collaborate with global teams to address employee queries and implement HR initiatives to enhance satisfaction and engagement

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of HR administrative experience in a high-volume (500+ employees) and fast paced environment
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation
  • Knowledge of Dutch labor law
  • HR qualifications or certifications are a valuable asset
  • International HR experience is a competitive advantage
  • Experience working in start-up environments is highly valued
  • Strong analytical skills: identify, scope and resolve complex and sensitive HR issues
  • Data driven: challenge status quo and improve response times and employee experience
  • Experience using JIRA, Zendesk, Intercom or other ticketing tools is a plus
