Lend hands-on support to wider HR initiatives, especially those linked to the Workday rollout.
Manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including pre/ post new joiner logistics, right to work processing, digital file management, employee eligibility and entitlements, holidays, first/ last day processes, coordination and delivery of HR induction
Management of HR/Payroll Operations & HR Portal mailboxes, responding/ fielding enquiries from in/ outside the business in a timely manner
Responsibility for co-ordination of monthly payroll process including collation of data and production of reports/ documents
Maintenance of holiday and absence system/ records across the UK and EMEA region
Coordination of employee/ company benefit data/ schemes
Creation and maintenance of accurate employee records/ changes to employment information/ data across HR/ business systems
Administration of salary review, bonus and other HR processes
Coordination of vendor/ supplier documentation and invoice management
Liaising with freelancers, contractors and third party vendors
Creation and delivery of analytical data/ reports
Involvement in HR projects as required
Requirements
Workday familiarity (highly desirable) or experience with comparable HRIS.
Calm, supportive demeanour; able to steady the team in a fast-moving environment.
Clear communicator—both written and verbal—across all organisational levels.
Strong multitasking, prioritisation, and time-management skills; unflappable under pressure.
Proven discretion when handling sensitive information.
