People Operations

• Lend hands-on support to wider HR initiatives, especially those linked to the Workday rollout.
• Manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including pre/ post new joiner logistics, right to work processing, digital file management, employee eligibility and entitlements, holidays, first/ last day processes, coordination and delivery of HR induction
• Management of HR/Payroll Operations & HR Portal mailboxes, responding/ fielding enquiries from in/ outside the business in a timely manner
• Responsibility for co-ordination of monthly payroll process including collation of data and production of reports/ documents
• Maintenance of holiday and absence system/ records across the UK and EMEA region
• Coordination of employee/ company benefit data/ schemes
• Creation and maintenance of accurate employee records/ changes to employment information/ data across HR/ business systems
• Administration of salary review, bonus and other HR processes
• Coordination of vendor/ supplier documentation and invoice management
• Liaising with freelancers, contractors and third party vendors
• Creation and delivery of analytical data/ reports
• Involvement in HR projects as required
