About the role
- Own the growth agenda for North America focusing on new business acquisition, customer and partner expansion, and revenue acceleration
- Act as a sales strategist, set ambitious targets and ensure execution of go-to-market plans across all product lines
- Foster a strong sales culture that values accountability, innovation, and customer centricity
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite stakeholders (CFOs and CIOs) and actively participate in strategic sales engagements
- Focus on revenue growth from existing customers as well as new logos and deliver on regional GTM plans
- Serve as an instigator and innovator, developing and executing scalable regional strategies to capture market opportunities
- Build a high-performance team, mentor and coach employees, and promote inclusivity across a global, matrixed organization
- Ensure achievement of sales, revenue and operational efficiency targets; establish and monitor KPIs and optimize resources
- Collaborate with global functional leaders (sales ops, marketing, finance, HR) and with product management and marketing for market insights
- Ensure rules of engagement between stakeholders are followed for optimized productivity
Requirements
- More than 15 years of experience in sales leadership (enterprise software)
- Proven track record of driving growth and scaling enterprise software businesses
- Strong sales acumen and deep understanding of CFO and CIO buyer personas
- Experience working in a global organization and collaborating across cultures
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and history of challenging the status quo
- Financial acumen with P&L responsibility and ability to set and achieve operational and revenue goals
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, mentoring and coaching skills
- Strategic thinker with tactical execution skills and strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to invest in customer relationships and engage C-suite stakeholders
