About the role

  • The Principal Consultant plays a critical leadership role in driving client impact, revenue growth, and strategic transformation for sales organizations.
  • This position is responsible for working with sales and client success to grow Sandler’s consulting practice while also leading complex consulting engagements focused on sales effectiveness, revenue growth strategy, go-to-market transformation, and commercial performance improvement for enterprise clients.
  • The Principal Consultant will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, helping them solve their most pressing go-to-market challenges by combining data-driven insights with proven best practices.
  • This role requires expertise in sales strategy, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders while leading high-performing consulting teams.
  • Responsibilities: Lead consulting engagements focused on revenue growth, sales strategy, and organizational transformation.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to client executives, aligning solutions to their business objectives and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Develop actionable insights from diagnostic assessments, benchmark analyses, and best practice frameworks.
  • Facilitate executive workshops, design sessions, and board-level presentations to drive alignment on strategy and execution plans.
  • Maintain overall accountability for project success, client satisfaction, and achievement of engagement objectives.
  • Partner with enterprise sales and client success to expand client relationships and grow existing accounts.
  • Drive proposal development and executive presentations to secure new engagements.
  • Contribute to the firm’s intellectual capital by developing frameworks, methodologies, and benchmarks that enhance client delivery.
