About the role

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Intelligent Spaces President and senior leadership team
  • Shape and execute the people strategy that drives business growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness
  • Lead and develop a team of 10+ HR Strategic Advisors and HR Managers globally
  • Identify and address key talent opportunities and challenges and design forward-looking organizational strategies
  • Deliver impactful leadership coaching, workforce planning solutions, and support talent lifecycle (hiring, development, succession, performance, reward)
  • Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence (HR Operations, Total Rewards, Talent) to translate business needs into scalable HR solutions
  • Leverage people analytics to provide actionable insights to executive leaders
  • Continuously monitor internal business dynamics and external market trends to evolve people strategy
  • Drive organizational effectiveness by designing and aligning structures, roles, and workflows
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and business integrations by leading people-focused strategies
  • Champion company values by embedding them into HR strategies, leadership behaviors, and organizational culture

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in human resources, business strategy, or organizational development
  • Experience with Acquisitions and Integrations
  • Strong Change Management Experience
  • Advanced Multinational Organizations
  • Proven success building, leading, and retaining high-performing HR teams
  • Trusted advisor to senior business leaders, including C-level executives
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into actionable HR solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver insights
  • Experience designing and executing global talent management strategies, including workforce planning, succession, and leadership development
  • Experience in Total Rewards strategy and its application to business needs and talent retention
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills
  • Inspirational leadership style with a consultative approach
  • High energy, adaptability, and decisiveness
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (minimum education required)
  • Preferred: Master of Human Resources or Master of Business Administration
  • This role will travel >30%
