  • Role Summary: Senior Business Value Consultant at Notable leverages healthcare strategy, business case development, and consultative leadership to accelerate deal velocity and demonstrate value
  • Build data-driven, tailored business cases quantifying financial, clinical, and operational impact for prospects and clients
  • Develop modular templates and ROI calculators for major use cases and product verticals
  • Train and enable sales, solutions, and customer-facing teams to deliver value narratives across the field
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to prove outcomes at scale
  • Lead executive discovery workshops and surface buyer pain points, ROI levers, and strategic goals
  • Synthesize live deployment proof with robust metrics and before/after value stories
  • Represent Notable at industry events and thought leadership content; shape external narrative with Marketing

Requirements

  • 10+ years in healthcare, including at least 3+ years in management consulting and a background in management consulting, health tech, strategic finance/analytics or value consulting, healthcare operations, and/or enterprise commercial strategy roles
  • Proven track record of influencing C-suite buyers and executing high-visibility enterprise deals or projects
  • Experience developing executive business cases, ROI models, and strategic recommendations in dynamic, complex environments
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or similar) preferred
  • Outstanding executive presence, written and verbal communication skills, and proven ability to influence at all levels internally and externally
  • Prior experience designing and running workshops, leading discovery, or acting as a trusted advisor in complex customer engagements
  • Comfortable presenting at conferences and customer events; visible as an industry expert or emerging thought leader
  • Team player with experience leading cross-functional projects and mentoring junior colleagues; advocate for discipline best practices
  • Comfortable with up to 40% travel
