• Lead technical discovery conversations with prospects, aligning customer workflows and pain points to Notable’s platform capabilities.
• Own the delivery of tailored, impactful demos that resonate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, showcasing Notable’s ability to deliver measurable value, articulating points of differentiation from the competitive landscape.
• Project manage technical scoping and work with implementation, delivery and integrations teams to determine feasibility and implementation timelines.
• Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex business problems into scalable solutions that shape organizational strategies for healthcare providers and payers.
• Provide sales support by developing creative solution concepts, addressing customer challenges, and offering clarity on technical feasibility including demonstrating an understanding of their existing enterprise systems.
• Contribute to building reusable assets, playbooks, templates, and workflows that elevate the team’s efficiency and scalability for both pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
• Own the creation and continuous improvement of technical frameworks, demo environments, presentation decks, technical documentation, and customer-facing resources that highlight Notable’s platform.
• Support junior team members in navigating complex scenarios by offering insights, mentorship, and direct collaboration.
• Provide guidance on solution packaging for emerging workflows, collaborating with Sales, Product Marketing, and Engineering.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to communicate customer feature requests, deal-blocking gaps, and critical business use cases.

Solution Engineer

Account Executive

• Own a named, geo-based territory of large IDNs and enterprise health systems across the New York to Boston corridor
• Prospect and close net new logo opportunities, owning the full funnel from first outreach through signed agreement
• Lead the end-to-end sales motion including prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close, and post-close growth
• Serve as the ongoing commercial owner of your customers. Accounts do not get handed off after close
• Drive expansion and upsell by identifying new use cases and multi-year growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders, including CIO, COO, CFO, and operational leaders
• Partner closely with Customer Success, Solutions, and Business Value teams while retaining ownership of commercial strategy
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to deliver consistent pipeline and revenue growth
• Bring structured market and customer feedback back to Product and Leadership to inform platform and GTM evolution

Strategic Partnerships Sales Executive

Security Engineer

• Design, implement, and maintain security controls for cloud infrastructure and software development lifecycle.
• Build and maintain partner IPSec VPN connections, NAT, and IP routing with Teraform. Perform threat modeling and identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Configure and manage identity and access management systems to ensure the right access controls are in place.
• Perform auditing and monitoring to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
• Implement data loss prevention techniques to protect sensitive data.
• Analyze logs and other security-related data to identify and respond to security incidents.
• Collaborate with software development teams to ensure security is integrated throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards for engineering teams.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices

Security Analyst

• Update, and maintain Notable’s comprehensive ISMS policy and procedure documentation
• Assist with internal and external security audits (HITRUST, SOC 2, ISO, PCI)
• Provide guidance to Notable teams to ensure compliance with the ISMS, address risk assessments
• Assess external vendors for compliance with the ISMS
• Lead internal audits and investigations
• Complete customer infosec questionnaires and documentation requests
