About the role
- Collaborate with clients to gather and document business and technical requirements for integrations.
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end system interfaces, ensuring alignment with UKG Pro architecture.
- Create detailed integration specification and configuration documents tailored to each client’s unique environment.
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Coordinate go-live deployment activities, including scheduling, communications, and risk mitigation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by fostering strong working relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience with UKG Pro integrations, particularly in HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules; UKG integration certification strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of integration processes, tools, and methodologies
- 1–3 years of experience in a Professional Services or consulting environment, ideally focused on HCM or HRIS projects.
- Technical proficiency in database querying, web services, file transfers, and cloud technologies (e.g., SQL, XML, SFTP).
- Professional certifications such as FPC, CPP, HRIP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or PMP are considered a plus.
