About the role

  • Serve as Vice President of Human Resources for Acuity Intelligent Spaces, reporting to the Chief People Officer
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Intelligent Spaces President and executive leaders
  • Develop and implement practical, business-focused talent strategies aligned with AIS business
  • Shape strategic direction of HR function as core member of HR Leadership Team
  • Lead and develop a global team of 10+ Strategic Advisors and HR Managers
  • Leverage people analytics to deliver actionable insights to executive leaders
  • Monitor internal business dynamics and external market trends to evolve people strategy
  • Drive organizational effectiveness by designing structures, roles, and workflows for scalable growth
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and business integrations with people-focused strategies
  • Provide strategic guidance across the talent lifecycle: workforce planning, hiring, leadership development, succession, organizational design, performance, and reward
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional HR teams to co-develop and implement frameworks, processes, and toolkits
  • Champion company values by embedding them into HR strategies, leadership behaviors, and organizational culture

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in human resources, business strategy, or organizational development
  • Experience with Acquisitions and Integrations
  • Strong Change Management experience
  • Experience in advanced multinational organizations
  • Proven success building, leading, and retaining high-performing HR teams
  • Trusted advisor to senior business leaders, including C-level executives
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into actionable HR solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Experience designing and executing global talent management strategies (workforce planning, succession, leadership development)
  • Experience in Total Rewards strategy and its application to business needs and talent retention
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills
  • Inspirational consultative leadership style
  • High energy, adaptability, and decisiveness
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (minimum required)
  • Preferred: Master of Human Resources or Master of Business Administration
  • Willingness to travel >30% (travel to hub locations globally)
