About the role
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives to foster a high-performance, inclusive culture
- Lead organizational transformation initiatives including restructuring, workforce planning, and cultural change programs
- Collaborate with Business Area Pharma and Körber Group HR to align and implement HR strategies globally
- Ensure a strong HR setup within Pharma software globally with a team of HR Business Partners
- Drive talent scouting, recruitment, senior-level talent evaluation and identification/search
- Oversee leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to German and international labor laws and manage relationships with Workers’ Councils
- Lead negotiations with employee representatives and manage restructuring and workforce optimization projects
- Provide operational HR support for software business and global delivery hubs
- Serve as strategic advisor and confidant to the CEO and executive team
- Promote cultural sensitivity, diversity and inclusion
- Professionally manage and further develop HR specialists and HR Business Partners; disciplinary management
- Manage various HR projects and support global HR initiatives
Requirements
- Senior HR Executive with minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in HR
- Ideally experience in software, biotech, or pharmaceutical sectors
- Extensive experience in organizational transformation, restructuring, and change management
- Proven success negotiating with Works Councils in Germany
- Strong understanding of German labor law
- Demonstrated success working within matrix and functional organizational setups
- Strong talent scouting, recruitment, talent evaluation and search expertise
- Broad network in the software industry and experience supporting global delivery hubs
- Experience supporting global HR functions and working closely with regional and local HR teams
- Comfortable with up to 50% international travel
- Office presence in Lüneburg required 4-5 days per week
- International experience with cultural sensitivity and global HR best practices
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
- Experience leading and managing HR Business Partners and HR specialists
