About the role

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives to foster a high-performance, inclusive culture
  • Lead organizational transformation initiatives including restructuring, workforce planning, and cultural change programs
  • Collaborate with Business Area Pharma and Körber Group HR to align and implement HR strategies globally
  • Ensure a strong HR setup within Pharma software globally with a team of HR Business Partners
  • Drive talent scouting, recruitment, senior-level talent evaluation and identification/search
  • Oversee leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to German and international labor laws and manage relationships with Workers’ Councils
  • Lead negotiations with employee representatives and manage restructuring and workforce optimization projects
  • Provide operational HR support for software business and global delivery hubs
  • Serve as strategic advisor and confidant to the CEO and executive team
  • Promote cultural sensitivity, diversity and inclusion
  • Professionally manage and further develop HR specialists and HR Business Partners; disciplinary management
  • Manage various HR projects and support global HR initiatives

Requirements

  • Senior HR Executive with minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in HR
  • Ideally experience in software, biotech, or pharmaceutical sectors
  • Extensive experience in organizational transformation, restructuring, and change management
  • Proven success negotiating with Works Councils in Germany
  • Strong understanding of German labor law
  • Demonstrated success working within matrix and functional organizational setups
  • Strong talent scouting, recruitment, talent evaluation and search expertise
  • Broad network in the software industry and experience supporting global delivery hubs
  • Experience supporting global HR functions and working closely with regional and local HR teams
  • Comfortable with up to 50% international travel
  • Office presence in Lüneburg required 4-5 days per week
  • International experience with cultural sensitivity and global HR best practices
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience leading and managing HR Business Partners and HR specialists
