Oversee day-to-day management of Youtap Indonesia’s operations and ensure alignment with group strategic goals
Drive operational efficiency across sales, marketing, operations, product, and customer support
Set and track KPIs and ensure achievement of financial and operational targets
Lead recruitment, performance reviews, development plans, and organizational structure for a high-performing leadership team
Build a performance-oriented culture with clear accountability and staff development
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labour laws and HR policies while maintaining an inclusive workplace culture
Manage operational budgets, forecasts, and cost-reduction initiatives to improve profitability
Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining business continuity and service delivery standards
Oversee and collaborate with Sales and Product teams to drive new revenue opportunities and scale existing accounts
Serve as main point of contact for Indonesian subsidiaries and shareholder representatives; report regularly to the Youtap Group CEO and participate in global management meetings
Foster collaboration with global Youtap offices and act as local liaison to adapt group policies for the Indonesian context
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles, preferably in technology, fintech, SaaS, or high-growth sectors
Deep understanding of Indonesian HR and labour regulations
Proven track record in leading teams, performance optimization, and cost management
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills
Excellent spoken english (the assumption is you also speak Bahasa)
Experience working in a multinational environment and engaging with international stakeholders and investors
Must already live in Jakarta and hold either a Business Visa or permanent residency
