About the role

  • Lead the People & Performance function, including in-country HR partnering, organisational change management, learning, communications, and talent acquisition
  • Own and drive the P&P strategy and transformation roadmap to deliver WOW across BizTX
  • Champion operational excellence by embedding measurable KPIs that elevate the employee experience across global BizTX
  • Coach and mentor teams to enable individual and team growth
  • Elevate people manager capability through tailored support and coaching
  • Lead financial governance for P&P, talent acquisition and learning budgets
  • Partner with leadership on future-ready organisational design and capability alignment
  • Build a high-performance talent engine, employer brand and sourcing strategy
  • Embed 'Better Humaning for High Performance' and co-create an exponential culture
  • Lead D&I agenda with focus on Women in Leadership and inclusive leadership frameworks
  • Champion employee experience, retention and alignment with TwiningsOvo Values
  • Own reward strategy, lead annual reviews and reward processes
  • Provide expert HR advice, challenge constructively and mitigate risk
  • Lead centrally governed, locally delivered change management for Optimus across APAC1 and beyond
  • Shape learning strategy leveraging AI for accessible, high-impact learning
  • Drive communications strategy and tools to connect BizTX and TwO organisation
  • Collaborate with GM BizTX to build leadership culture and strengthen team dynamics
  • Lead and deliver implementation of the new HR information system (HRIS) and represent BizTX on HRIS steering group
  • Provide organisational change management expertise to enable adoption of HR transformations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in a People & Performance/ HR Director with passion and knowledge for changing and developing organisations
  • Experience of delivering results and creating a WOW employee experience
  • Excellent commercial & business awareness
  • Experience of organisational design, change and change management
  • Proven experience of driving talent management and capability development
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities under pressure, delivering high-quality outcomes with discipline and focus
  • Strong partnership skills with senior stakeholders and an approachable leadership style that builds trust and engagement across all levels and cultures
  • A CIPD or relevant postgraduate qualification in HR or Business Management is preferred
  • Experience or certification in psychometrics is advantageous.
