Own reward strategy, lead annual reviews and reward processes
Provide expert HR advice, challenge constructively and mitigate risk
Lead centrally governed, locally delivered change management for Optimus across APAC1 and beyond
Shape learning strategy leveraging AI for accessible, high-impact learning
Drive communications strategy and tools to connect BizTX and TwO organisation
Collaborate with GM BizTX to build leadership culture and strengthen team dynamics
Lead and deliver implementation of the new HR information system (HRIS) and represent BizTX on HRIS steering group
Provide organisational change management expertise to enable adoption of HR transformations
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years experience in a People & Performance/ HR Director with passion and knowledge for changing and developing organisations
Experience of delivering results and creating a WOW employee experience
Excellent commercial & business awareness
Experience of organisational design, change and change management
Proven experience of driving talent management and capability development
Adept at managing multiple priorities under pressure, delivering high-quality outcomes with discipline and focus
Strong partnership skills with senior stakeholders and an approachable leadership style that builds trust and engagement across all levels and cultures
A CIPD or relevant postgraduate qualification in HR or Business Management is preferred
Experience or certification in psychometrics is advantageous.
