Lead the People & Performance function including in-country HR partnering, organisational change management, learning, communications, and talent acquisition
Drive the people change and transformation journey across BizTX and support integration of legacy technology teams and the Optimus transformation programme
Shape and embed the leadership transformation agenda and define desired culture across BizTX
Represent BizTX as a subject matter expert for people & performance and act as a strategic partner on the HR digital transformation project
Own and drive the P&P strategy and transformation roadmap, champion operational excellence and embed measurable KPIs
Act as coach and mentor to enable individual and team growth and elevate people manager capability
Lead financial governance for P&P, talent acquisition and learning budgets
Partner with leadership on organisational design, talent sourcing, build high-performance talent engine, embed 'Better Humaning for High Performance'
Lead D&I agenda, focus on Women in Leadership, champion employee experience, own reward strategy and lead change management
Lead implementation of new HRIS across BizTX and be part of HRIS steering group to ensure technical capability and change management to enable adoption
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years experience in a People & Performance/ HR Director with passion and knowledge for changing and developing organisations
Experience of delivering results and creating a WOW employee experience
Excellent commercial & business awareness
Experience of organisational design, change and change management
Proven experience of driving talent management and capability development
Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure, delivering high-quality outcomes with discipline and focus
Strong partnership skills with senior stakeholders, approachable leadership style to build trust and engagement across all levels and cultures
A CIPD or relevant postgraduate qualification in HR or Business Management is preferred
Experience or certification in psychometrics is also advantageous.
