About the role
- Are you an HR professional with a passion for bringing out the best in people? Lead a fully remote, global workforce, steering culture and aligning talent strategy with business goals. Partner directly with the CEO and executive team to design people strategy that scales with growth. Manage HR due diligence and M&A integration plans; improve retention during acquisitions. Develop scalable frameworks for hiring, onboarding, performance management, and engagement. Simplify HR processes into user-friendly tools for managers and employees. Design and implement talent strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing teams. Promote a performance culture with accountability and excellence. Enhance employee experience across the career journey. Create programs that foster collaboration, connection, and innovation across diverse geographies and time zones.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required. Equivalent work experience will be considered. 10–15 years of total experience in Human Resources Minimum 5 years in a leadership role (Senior Manager, Director, or VP level). 3+ years supporting a SaaS business 3+ years of experience in M&A (involved in 2-3 transactions in an HR capacity. ) Highly proficient with HRIS tools (Rippling, Deel, BambooHR, Gusto).
