Technical Product Manager

• Your core responsibility is to translate a technically sound product strategy into robust PRDs and development-ready Problem–Solution Packages. Your activities will include:
• *Architectural Partnership: Collaborate with Engineering leads on system design, data architecture, and technology selection to ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable.
• *Technical Specification: Define API requirements, model complex workflows, and write specs that are technically precise.
• *Discovery & Validation: Lead customer research, data analysis, and rapid prototyping to confirm problem–solution fit.
• *Prioritization & Roadmapping: Score ideas with a WSJF-RICE hybrid framework and maintain a living roadmap in Productboard.
• *Specification & Planning: Write PRDs with Gherkin-style acceptance criteria, story mapping, and instrumentation requirements.
• *Execution Support: Partner with UX and Engineering during Kanban flow, ensuring Definition of Ready/Done is met.
• *Release & Enablement: Coordinate release notes, in-app guides (Pendo), and internal enablement on Confluence.
• *Measurement & Iteration: Review adoption and outcome metrics at 14/30/60/90-day intervals and iterate or sunset as needed.

Revenue Operations

• Build a Revenue Operations function from scratch at a fast-growing SaaS company, shaping strategy and owning systems.
• Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models, quota planning, and territory assignments.
• Create revenue reporting and dashboards for executive leadership and analyze revenue trends.
• Design and implement lead-to-cash processes, stage exit criteria, and handoff protocols across teams.
• Own and optimize HubSpot CRM, evaluate and integrate new tools, and manage data flows across systems.
• Implement data governance standards, resolve discrepancies, and create automated reporting and analytics.
• Align sales, marketing, and customer success around revenue goals and lead cross-functional projects.
• Design lead scoring models, analyze sales performance, and optimize marketing-to-sales handoffs.
• Lead strategic projects, pilot AI/ML applications, and support M&A activities with data analysis.
