💰 $70,000 - $80,000 per year
About the role
- Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and project management for 11 residential and/or commercial properties in North Park, Greentree, and Robinson (Pittsburgh area)
- Assign workers weekly (Sunday nights) for Monday–Friday work week and coordinate worker schedules to eliminate downtime
- Plan and lead multi-week/month maintenance and construction projects (e.g., decks, major plumbing, electrical)
- Coordinate vendors, gather bids from at least 3 providers, review bids, and manage contract decisions
- Track budgets for projects and maintain financial oversight
- Coordinate tenant relations, collect/checks if needed, and serve as renters' primary contact
- Assist with showing rental units to business prospects when needed
- Submit a weekly standard report to the supervisor summarizing property status, ongoing projects, and upcoming needs
- Measure success by completion pace of tasks, coordination of workers, and ability to collaborate with workers and HQ staff
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management, facilities management, or real estate operations
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage our team over multiple properties
- Familiarity with project management software and tools as well as Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Preferred: Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical experience and understanding of trades work
