About the role
- Configure and maintain the core Human Capital Management (HCM) system
- Support Workday and external system touchpoints across a global organization
- Collaborate with HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure proper system function
- Champion enhancements and provide creative solutions for efficiency
- Model exceptional communication and customer-facing skills
Requirements
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- 5+ years’ experience with Workday HCM and Security configurations.
- Experience with Workday EIBs, calculated fields, advanced custom reports, and dashboards
