• Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounts Payable Accountant to join our high-performing Corporate Accounting department within the Finance function. This role demands precision, ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can manage high transaction volumes with minimal supervision, communicate effectively across departments and vendors, and contribute to continuous process improvement. This position is located at Company headquarters in Pittsburgh (Green Tree), PA and is an onsite five day per week. Impact Statement: As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you will be a cornerstone of our disbursement operations. Your accuracy and efficiency in managing over 300 monthly entries and 40+ expense reports directly support our three-day close cycle and ensure vendor trust and compliance. Your contributions will empower leadership with timely insights and uphold the integrity of our timely financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Invoice Management: Process and code 300+ vendor invoices monthly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with general ledger and department coding, business unit and brand alignment, and expense categorization. Expense Reconciliation: Review and reconcile 40+ employee expense reports monthly, ensuring policy adherence and timely reimbursement. Month-End Close Support: Contribute to a three-day close cycle by preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts payable accounts, establishing accruals and ensuring completeness of financial data. Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, obtain statements, and respond to payment inquiries professionally and promptly. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with all departments throughout the Company to ensure timely submission of invoices and expense reports, to ensure adherence to Company policy and procedures, to resolve invoice matching issues and ensure timely PO submissions. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain organized accounts payable documentation and email records; support audits and ensure adherence to internal controls. General Support: Perform clerical duties including filing, scanning, and data entry; provide backup support across finance operations.

Accounts Payable Accountant

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and project management for 11 residential and/or commercial properties in North Park, Greentree, and Robinson (Pittsburgh area)

• We’re seeking a hands-on Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to lead our financial planning, forecasting, and performance analytics functions.
• The Vice President, FP&A will play a critical role in shaping Wolfe’s short and longer term financial planning, business analysis and performance reporting, partnering with executive leadership team to drive growth, optimize capital allocation, and build a scalable financial infrastructure.
• This is a 5-day onsite position in Pittsburgh, PA.
• Lead the development of Wolfe’s annual business plan, five-year strategic plan, and capital allocation planning.
• Partner with business unit leaders to build and monitor performance to financial plans, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly management reporting, including Board materials and business unit reviews.
• Enhance daily cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Deliver advanced financial modeling, regression analysis, and post-mortem reviews to support decision-making.
