Manage and grow Europe’s client portfolio and lead implementation projects across locations
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure adoption and success of Winnow systems
Understand clients’ current situation and needs to tailor the best solutions for them
Ensure smooth end-to-end implementation process with clients; train multi-disciplined teams in person and remotely
Take consultative approach to keep clients engaged in utilising Winnow system to manage their food waste reduction
Proactively analyse client reports, troubleshoot issues, and implement changes where necessary
Manage KPIs jointly with clients and Winnow senior team members to ensure system delivers a strong business case
Collaborate closely with internal teams in different regions
Take initiatives to improve internal processes and procedures (in line with Winnow Int’l)
Support front line tech and customer support teams with client enquiries where required
Travel regularly across Europe as part of the role
Work with Operations team to manage processes, systems and controls enabling business scale and growth
Requirements
Motivated and entrepreneurial individual with a can-do attitude
Regular European travel
Degree educated (likely at least a bachelor's degree)
Work experience ideally within a multi-national organisation in a Client Success / Delivery or Project Management / Account Management / Consultancy capacity
Intermediate level of Excel
Working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish
Ideally speak a third European language in addition to English
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with others
Experience challenging and questioning the status quo and proposing creative solutions
Results driven with track record of delivering value-added, intuitive solutions
Passionate about career and proactive in staying current in field
Proven experience providing consistently first-class customer service and remaining calm under pressure
Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous eye for identifying inconsistencies or inaccuracies in data
Strong organisational, project management, prioritisation and time management skills
