About the role

  • Lead development and execution of Windward’s GTM RevOps strategy to enable scalable, predictable revenue growth
  • Partner with GTM leaders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to align processes, systems, and metrics across the customer journey
  • Drive planning cycles including revenue forecasting, territory design, compensation modeling, and KPI tracking
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools tracking pipeline health, CAC, LTV, churn, and other SaaS metrics
  • Support board-level reporting and investor-ready insights for executive leadership
  • Manage and develop a small team of 2 RevOps and sales admin professionals
  • Own Salesforce CRM configuration, reporting, process automation, integrations, and data quality
  • Oversee order administration ensuring deal processing accuracy, compliance, and handoff to finance and delivery teams
  • Standardize and document lead management, deal execution, renewals, and QBR processes; drive tool adoption and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM Strategy in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven success aligning and scaling GTM operations in high-growth environments
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency in SaaS metrics and financial modeling
  • Expertise in Salesforce administration and process automation
  • Hands-on experience with order administration or quote-to-cash workflows
  • Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Ample Market, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI platforms
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Experience working with global or distributed teams is a plus
