About the role
- As the Founding Go-To-Market Engineer, design and launch high-impact GTM strategies that accelerate unifying nationwide real estate infrastructure
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to deliver technical pilots and create repeatable revenue engines
- Build automations and workflows that run at scale for landing high-value partnerships and scaling growth systems
- Work closely with the VP of Finance and Product Marketing Lead
- Design and execute creative GTM plays; build repeatable pilot frameworks
- Ensure HubSpot, Heap, and connected systems are tightly integrated, optimized, and architect automations, data flows, and enrichment processes
- Lead technical discovery and data ingestion for MLS and brokerage pilots; run pre-sales solutions engineering
- Configure integrations, dashboards, and demo environments with the Data Engineering team
Requirements
- 4+ years in a growth, RevOps, sales engineering, or GTM-focused technical role in B2B SaaS
- A track record of conceiving and executing creative GTM strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue
- Hands-on experience connecting and optimizing systems like HubSpot, Heap, or similar CRM/analytics platforms
- Experience with or a desire to learn how to run pilots, proof-of-concepts, or technical evaluations with enterprise customers
- Fluency with APIs, integrations, and automation workflows
- Experience collaborating with and translating ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A bias toward action, experimentation, and delivering visible results quickly
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
