About the role
- Lead product exploration based on customer insights, market feedback, and company strategy
- Engage with global customers and prospects to validate new product ideas and refine the roadmap
- Define impactful features and tools that maximize customer value and adoption
- Lead discovery, validation, proof of concept, and full-scale product development
- Work hand-in-hand with engineering to translate needs into functional and technical requirements
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and strategic alignment
- Support Go-To-Market activities, including enablement, documentation, and messaging
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, R&D, Marketing, and Forward Development Engineers (FDEs)
- Own a strategic value stream and drive end-to-end delivery from roadmap definition through customer adoption
- Report to the Director of Product Management, leading the Public Sector offering
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience (B2G/B2B)
- Proven track record in public sector products (governments, militaries, or intelligence agencies) - a must
- Proven track record of leading products from discovery through delivery and adoption
- Strong experience engaging with senior decision makers in intelligence or naval organizations
- Technical orientation or background (engineering, intelligence systems, or data analytics) – an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
