Your new role - As our Product Marketing Manager, you will be part of our Product Marketing team with Metaphacts, one of Digital Science’s newest portfolio products. At Metaphacts, we empower organizations to unlock the full potential of their data through AI and knowledge graph technology. We're seeking a Product Marketing Manager to shape and articulate the value of our products in a way that resonates with technical and business stakeholders across industries. As a member of the Product Marketing team, you will partner with all areas of Digital Science,shaping and articulating the value of our products in a way that resonates with both technical and business stakeholders across industries. In your role as Product Marketing Manager, you will drive market awareness, enable sales and contribute to product strategy. You'll translate complex capabilities into compelling messaging, enable go-to-market execution and position Metaphacts as a leader in AI and semantic knowledge solutions.
Product Positioning & Messaging
Develop differentiated positioning and messaging for metaphacts’ product suite
Tailor messaging to customer needs, industries, and use cases
Collaborate with product management to translate technical features into business-friendly language
Maintain buyer personas and competitive messaging frameworks
Go-to-Market Strategy
Lead launches of new features and releases with clear playbooks and narratives
Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to execute campaigns
Create key launch assets like whitepapers, blog posts, and customer stories
Sales Enablement & Training
Equip Sales and Partner teams with pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling guides, and product briefs
Develop demo scripts and proof-of-concept strategies for key verticals such as Pharma, Engineering and Finance
Host internal enablement sessions on product positioning
Market & Customer Insights
Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor data, and customer feedback
Monitor trends in AI, knowledge graphs, and Semantic Web to inform positioning and roadmap
Support Customer Success and Sales in identifying case studies and promoting advocacy
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing or similar B2B SaaS role in the data/AI/enterprise tech space.
Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear, benefit-driven language.
Experience crafting go-to-market strategies and delivering impactful product launches.
Excellent writing, presentation and storytelling skills.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Business fluency in English.
Nice to Haves
Background in AI, knowledge graphs, semantic technologies, or data integration.
