About the role

  • Build, design and optimize Enterprise-quality AI agents in collaboration with customers — understanding their workflows, pain points, and goals
  • Embed deeply within strategic customers to understand their business challenges and serve as a strategic advisor to their AI roadmap
  • Run tight feedback loops into Engineering — influence feature development based on real customer needs
  • Represent Decagon externally — working closely with customers and prospects, participating in key deployments
  • Own a portfolio of AI agents end-to-end, deploy technology into customers, and scale agents to millions of users
  • Collaborate closely with Go-To-Market, Design, Engineering, and leadership teams
  • Write and test prompt logic for specific customer use cases and collaborate on product feature design
  • Work with customers’ executive teams to define their AI roadmap

Requirements

  • Have 1-4 years of relevant experience (e.g., product manager, engagement manager, consultant, founder, etc.)
  • Deep technical acumen — able to understand and shape AI agent designs
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you shape solutions as much as you implement them
  • A Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree — or equivalent technical experience (preferred)
  • Willingness/ability to work in-office in New York City five days a week
