Account Manager

• Cultivate and manage channel partner relationships to drive revenue growth and achieve MRR objectives
• Provide end-to-end account management, ensuring partners receive the support and resources needed for success
• Offer sales coaching and support, executing aligned sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth
• Continually develop, enhance, and execute Territory Plans to maximize market penetration and partner performance
• Facilitate co-op marketing campaigns and sales initiatives to drive partner engagement and revenue
• Identify areas of improvement for partners through gap and SWOT analysis, coordinating resolution activities such as training sessions and cross-departmental consultations

Customer Support

• Act as the first point of contact for partner technical requests — make sure each is understood, prioritized and handled professionally
• Take ownership of requests end-to-end and proactively resolve issues that arise — handle first-line cases directly and route the rest to the right team, following them through to resolution
• Run first-line checks — review logs and traces to pinpoint where an issue sits
• Assist with service configuration and provisioning — guide partners and validate the information needed for accuracy
• Work with internal systems and external vendor portals, keeping data accurate and requests moving
• Provide timely status updates and respond to partner inquiries in a professional, efficient manner
• Identify and escalate recurring issues to ensure prompt resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve more complex cases
• Maintain and update documentation, guidelines and best practices

Support Specialist L1

Marketing

• Design, orchestrate, and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns and multi-touch funnels that drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer engagement across multiple channels.
• Build scalable customer journeys and nurturing programs tailored to different audience segments and stages of the buyer journey, ensuring a seamless experience from first touch to conversion.
• Collaborate closely with Brand Marketing, Regional Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to align messaging, campaign execution, lead management, performance measurement, and budget tracking.
• Own and scale marketing automation initiatives through Salesforce, Pardot, Engagement Studio, and Marketing Cloud, creating repeatable processes that support global growth.
• Drive continuous performance improvement through A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, funnel analysis, and AI-powered experimentation to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide clear visibility into campaign performance, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and overall marketing impact.
• Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing team across marketing automation, digital marketing, and web experience functions, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Manage marketing automation and campaign budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and measurable business outcomes.
