About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Partner Development Managers across the US.
- Drive the execution of the US sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build, grow, and enable strategic channel partnerships, including resellers and master agents.
- Own pipeline management, sales forecasting, and CRM accuracy.
- Define, track, and improve team KPIs and sales performance.
- Develop regional revenue plans and partner business plans to drive sustainable growth.
- Implement sales best practices and methodologies to improve team effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and HR to achieve business objectives.
- Traveling regularly for business needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong strategic thinking with a results-driven, data-informed approach.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales planning, forecasting, and KPI management.
- Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience hiring, developing, and retaining top sales talent.
