Gerontopsychiatric Specialist – Inpatient Care

Manager

• Ensure implementation of quality management (QM) requirements across the region's facilities
• Conduct internal audits, on-site inspections and documentation reviews
• Prepare for, support during, and follow up on Medical Service (MD) and nursing home supervisory authority inspections
• Train and coach staff on QM, nursing care and documentation topics
• Support management with quality analyses and development of action plans
• Continuously monitor and improve care and support processes on site
