About the role
- Assessment and documentation of chronic and acute wounds
- Individual wound care according to current standards
- Development and adjustment of therapy plans in consultation with physicians
- Advising and instructing colleagues, residents and relatives
- Individualized care: You design care that truly reaches our residents
- Daily living support: You assist with empathy and commitment
- Competent clinical care: You implement medical orders reliably and monitor vital signs
- Teamwork at eye level: You work closely with a dedicated and supportive team
Requirements
- Completed training as a registered nurse (generalist) or an equivalent basic nursing qualification, e.g., geriatric nurse or health and nursing nurse
- ICW-recognized further training as a Wound Care Manager (m/f/d) or willingness to complete this training
- You are empathetic, communicative, reliable, a team player, respectful and appreciative, and you stand for modern and professional care and support
- Committed to achieving the highest possible well-being for each of our residents
