About the role
- Refine, plan and manage our group-wide (employer) branding strategy and progressively document it in a CI manual
- Develop and implement marketing measures (print, digital, SEA/SEO, social media), including defining the marketing team’s service portfolio
- Work closely with the Recruiting Shared Service on employer branding, recruitment campaigns and social media recruiting
- Establish a data-driven marketing and campaign management/controlling approach in line with performance marketing
- Analyze market trends, target audiences and competitors
- Manage external agencies and marketing service providers
- Provide functional and disciplinary leadership, support and development for the marketing team
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in marketing with a strong digital focus and experience in performance marketing
- Practical experience managing social media campaigns targeting customers or candidates
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools
- Solid experience in people leadership and working with external agencies and service providers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, plus negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking and approach
- Creativity, flexibility, determination, a hands-on mentality and strong team skills
