About the role

  • Refine, plan and manage our group-wide (employer) branding strategy and progressively document it in a CI manual
  • Develop and implement marketing measures (print, digital, SEA/SEO, social media), including defining the marketing team’s service portfolio
  • Work closely with the Recruiting Shared Service on employer branding, recruitment campaigns and social media recruiting
  • Establish a data-driven marketing and campaign management/controlling approach in line with performance marketing
  • Analyze market trends, target audiences and competitors
  • Manage external agencies and marketing service providers
  • Provide functional and disciplinary leadership, support and development for the marketing team

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in marketing with a strong digital focus and experience in performance marketing
  • Practical experience managing social media campaigns targeting customers or candidates
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools
  • Solid experience in people leadership and working with external agencies and service providers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, plus negotiation skills
  • Analytical thinking and approach
  • Creativity, flexibility, determination, a hands-on mentality and strong team skills
