About the role
- Assessment and documentation of chronic and acute wounds
- Individual wound care according to current standards
- Creation and adjustment of therapy plans in consultation with physicians
- Advising and instructing colleagues, residents and relatives
- Designing individualized care that truly reaches our residents
- Providing empathetic, hands-on assistance with daily activities
- Competent medical care for residents, including accurate execution of medical orders and monitoring of vital signs
- Collaborative teamwork with a dedicated team
Requirements
- Qualified nurse (generalist) or equivalent basic nursing qualification (e.g., geriatric nurse, registered nurse)
- ICW-recognized wound management certification or willingness to complete this qualification
- Empathy, strong communication skills, reliability, teamwork, respect and appreciation
- Commitment to modern, professional nursing and care to achieve the highest possible well-being for our residents
