Acquire knowledge, experience, skills, and business acumen in the assigned area (e.g., Claims, Surety, IT) under direct supervision.
Assist leader, team, or business unit with assigned work, including project work and day-to-day activities.
Develop business acumen through interactions and shadowing with professionals; attend business unit meetings and prepare and deliver presentations as assigned.
Engage in one-on-one, online, and on-the-job learning/educational assignments and experiences; develop operating knowledge of standardized hardware, software, third-party software, and procedures.
Solicit reinforcing and constructive feedback and incorporate into development; identify resources, best practices, and external networking opportunities.
Maintain awareness, understanding, and compliance with internal policies, procedures, laws, and regulations appropriate for this position.
Requirements
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and/or commensurate experience.
Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, or Business preferred.
