About the role
- Serve as the face of the showroom, creating a premium experience for clients in the Home Services industry.
- Provide excellent customer service to showroom visitors, answering inquiries and providing product information.
- Manage showroom appointments and ensure sales tools and samples are up to date and ready for use.
- Serve as a knowledgeable representative of the Pella brand, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
- Maintain a pristine showroom and organize samples in storage; ensure materials are properly stocked and organized.
- Host events and provide sales support as needed; gain hands-on showroom operations experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
- 2+ years of customer service or general business experience preferred.
- Retail, showroom, or administrative experience is a plus.
- General construction terminology and applications preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn internal software/smart device applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and willing to work occasional after-hours events.
